Alright I don’t really talk about my life to much on here and consintrate on posting Home Ent stuff on here but it’s my blog so deal with it. Talking about that I’ve been seriously contemplating on converting this into at least two sites or three even.
This domain would remain as my own personal resume/LLC location or w/e.
I currently own HDresolution.com and planned on making that my Home Ent site.
Just not sure if I should keep a gaming blog on top of it or make HDresolution also a gaming blog.
Recently have found and seen tons of MMORPG blogs as well. Considering my new interest in Warhammer maybe starting a gaming site dedicated to my experiences in Warhammer & any other games I’m playing at the time. (LittleBigPlanet is amazing but not as easy as you’d think especially collecting all the prizes).
Well happy late Halloween. I don’t enjoy Halloween and never really have. I don’t enjoy dressing up. I think my two favorite costumes I’ve actually done is Slash when I had long hair. I finally got out to a club on Halloween. Good times. Honestly if I mentally prepare myself for going out to a club and dancing I’m usually pretty good about it. If you call me up and say hey we going out and get the off the computer then I’m extremely hesitant and might not have a good time. We have never been to Vagabond but once I got there I realized it’s the old I/O. They had XX there doing The Most Interesting Show in the World. Definitely lived up to Interesting but not sure in the whole world. Had a good time and got to spend time with a large group of friends.
Saturday we had plans to go to Anime Super Con. I’ve never been to any of those conventions so was amped up to go. We met up with our co-worker and close friend Mike. Ended up taking the Metro Mover since it was in downtown. They have updated the Metro Mover trains and they no big deal (was expecting more). Well it lived up to my expectations. The only thing that sort of creeped out was the amount of young kids. Mike was freaking out because he’s like I don’t know if I’m checking out a girl who might not be 18. Mike bought a bunch of stuff and Nikki bought this school girl vinyl figure for her uncle. I ended up walking out with a copy of Watchmen. I’ve heard lots of great things about it and wouldn’t mind having read it before the movie comes out.
I’ve been extremely Anti-Social and haven’t been going out much. Usually stay at home and maybe have a few ppl over. Even then if everyone is watching TV or watching a sports game I’ll be on the computer playing WAR. I’m really enjoying having three computers in the living room. The week-end was a great success to me so far and still not over yet. Today we plan on going to the Sunset Art Festival. We’ve always enjoyed going to that and seeing all the art. Plus today the Cowboys play the Giants. I swear if its not on TV I’m going to be pist. I’m sick of watching the Dolphins.
I’m glad I’ve gotten out this week-end and been eventful. Last night we didn’t go out but still had a great time. Nikki’s been swamped with work to do over the week-end (yuck). This has allowed me to still have my gaming time. Last night put in a couple hours into LittleBigPlanet. Wow talk about a game which totally has so much to offer and tons of hidden gems. Comment if you want to add me as a friend. The game is so much more fun when playing with others.
I hit level 19 on my Zealot yesterday with all the constant Scenarios. I went from just hitting 18 to 19 within 2-3 hours with getting an average of 10k in scenarios. Waiting to hit that 20 mark to pick up my mount. It would of been handy having it with the Halloween Event down in the lower RvR lake.
Now I’m debating if I should roll an Order character. I’ve played every single char on destruction up to level 10 except a Witch Hunter. The idea of having a Bright Wizard makes me smile because gawd damn how I hate them being a Zealot. Constantely having to take of their DoT and getting hit for like 1k and ticks of like 250. The only problem is dying constantely. I’ve been stuck on the idea of DoK on destruction side but I didn’t really enjoy it at all. The idea seems so great having Melee DPS and being able to Heal BUT it just didn’t really work out that great to me. It seemed like I kept hitting the same key. Playing a Zealot has spoiled me. Theirs so much going on: doing instant cast heals one my left mouse button, doing deep heals with mouse scroll button, rezing people, running around into the front lines and watching them try to kill me and then wham Morale heal back to 100%, DoT and pretending I’m actually doing dam, etc… So much is going on and not spamming the 1,2,3 keys… Constantely jumping around in the middle of fights. Maybe try out the healers on the Order side?
