Fourth of July wasn’t so bad. It was Nikki, Derek, Mike, and I for the night. We started the events with some Mario Kart Wii. Eventually left to Bal Harbour early to beat traffic or any unexpected delays. We had dinner downstairs at the “Magestic Tower”. At the end of the meal we heard the fireworks start so we left in a rush. Unfortunately it was raining most of the night. We just watched from my Aunts terrace. It was enjoyable to see fireworks but most of us were pretty disappointed with the grand finale done.
Saturday we spent most of the day laying around. We ended up going to Olive Garden for dinner and planned to go see Wall-E but ended up deciding not to go. This is where it get bad. My stomach was acting up on the way home. Eventually we got home and I spent some time playing Dark Kingdom on PS3 since their is no game now that I have the serious urge to play. This did deter some of my pain since my mind was on the game.
Towards the end of the night it just went all down hill. Before I left to college I use to wake up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pains that would last hours. Nothing would help except hot baths or showers. Once I got to college the episodes would only get worse and more frequent. I could never solve what caused it or if it was something I ate. I eventually gave up trying to solve it and realized it would happen when usually stressed out or had big test or event. Eventually I had an ultra sound done and nothing was found. Once Nikki and I started dating it subsided completely and never really have dealt with that sort of stomach pain again. About 2-3 weeks ago I got the pain again but nothing that severe as I use to get it. Saturday night it was back with full force. What I go through is the feeling of extreme bloating of the stomach and a constant pain in my stomach. It usually makes my stomach start to pulse in pain. Majority of the time it will lead to me throwing up everything in my stomach. Even after this happens the pain remains and still feel bloated. Liquids just come out after awhile and sleep is not possible with the pain. Back in college what would usually happen is that the pain becomes overbearing and become so weak from the pain that eventually my body just gives up and I pass out. Most of the time I’ll wake up again in the middle of the night due too waking up from pain. All of that happened and couldn’t sleep Saturday. Even being up Sunday for the tennis match, I was still in agony. Eventually the pain was bearable late Sunday and we went out too the book store to get out. Decided we go catch Wall-E since Rotten Tomato gave it a 96% and I’m a huge fan of Pixar Movies. It ended up being a decent movie but no Finding Nemo. Very simple A to B plot. Just cute kids movie in general but nothing mind blowing.
It’s Monday now and I’m at work and I still feel pain in my stomach. I’ve decided I seriously need to start to lose weight because I’m sure that will help. Sigh. Even though the pain isn’t so dreadful I feel it. My mom said she was going to make apt with specialist. Hopefully they can figure something out this time around.
Tomorrow on my day off I hope to write out a comprehensive Blu-Ray player comparison that I promised long ago.
